Return Eligibility
• Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
If you are not satisfied with the taste of our matcha, or if you find another brand with better quality, you may also request a return under this policy.
Return Shipping
• Free Return Shipping: We provide prepaid return labels for all eligible returns.
• No Restocking Fee: You will not be charged any additional fees for returns.
Non-Returnable Items
• We do not classify any of our items as “final sale.” All products are eligible for return under our policy.
Refunds
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
Exchanges
• If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
