Made from gently roasted Uji-grown tea leaves, Morihō is soft on the palate and soothing to the soul — perfect for cozy evenings, after meals, or anytime you seek calm without the buzz of caffeine.
Its amber-green tone and mellow aroma reflect the Japanese concept of 侘寂 (Wabi-sabi) — finding beauty in simplicity, warmth in imperfection.

Brewing Notes (Usucha Style)
- Warm your matcha bowl (chawan) and bamboo whisk (chasen) with hot water. Discard the water and dry the bowl completely.
- Sift 2–3 grams (about 1–1.5 teaspoons) of matcha into the bowl using a fine mesh sieve.
- Add 60–70 ml of hot water at 70°C
- Whisk briskly in a zigzag “M” or “W” motion until the surface is frothy with fine bubbles.
- Enjoy immediately, sipping directly from the bowl to savour the vibrant, umami-rich flavor.
